Lethality dynamics of retreatment patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

The data of 164 patients who died from retreatment due to the progression tuberculosis in hospitals were subjected comparative analysis two periods: I period-120 (73.2%) years 2001-2003 (period introduction DOTS strategy) and II period - 44 (26.8%) 2018-2020. It was found that second compared more over age 55 died, HIV co-infection increased 6 times, therapeutic failure 7 times. Were infiltrative generalized forms decreased fibro-cavitary form. Over ½ deceased had resistant tuberculosis, including XDR (13.6%)
